I was referred to Jamie by our local agent, as we live out of state and needed to sell our aunt’s home in California. Her executor lives out of state as well, so we desperately needed someone who was very knowledgeable of the San Diego area and could work effectively with both of us in two different states!

Buying and selling a home is transactional, but many times it’s also highly emotional. This was the case for us. Jamie was incredibly kind and patient, providing multiple services like assisting with removing all of our aunt’s belongings (over 40 years!) He took care of everything from start to finish, keeping both of us upto date on every step.

My father painted several paintings for my aunt and uncle over the years. He passed away 25 years ago, so those paintings are incredibly important to my family. Jamie, and his son, Harrison, worked quickly to make sure all paintings were safely secure in their possession. I greatly appreciated Harrison’s due diligence to take photos and videos of the paintings and ensure they had the correct ones. Harrison was mature and professional, and offered to personally ship the paintings directly to me.
